We only ship worms on Mondays via USPS Priority Mail or DHL depending on your location. Any worm orders received after 12 PM CST on Monday will not be shipped until the following week.

If there is a problem with your order you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We can not replace or refund your order after the 24 hour period.

We do not ship outside the continental United States.
